Downloading your Peloton Workout History

When you connect your Peloton account, mPaceline Pulse automatically begins downloading your Peloton workout history. This allows the app to build a complete picture of your training over time — including workouts you completed before using mPaceline Pulse live.

If your past workouts were completed on Peloton equipment, mPaceline Pulse can download detailed data for those sessions. This may include second-by-second metrics such as heart rate, power, cadence, pace, and more. The exact metrics available depend on the type of equipment used (Bike, Tread, or Row). All downloaded data is available in the Workout Detail screen, just like workouts recorded live in the app.

Why this matters

One of the key benefits of mPaceline Pulse is the ability to see how your training and effort translate into real progress. With your historical workouts included, you can:

  • Track improvements in performance over time

  • Visualize trends across weeks, months, and seasons

  • Better understand how consistency and training load affect your fitness

Seeing progress clearly helps build motivation and reinforces long-term training habits.

How long does the download take?

The time required to download your workout history depends on:

  • How long you’ve been a Peloton member

  • The number of workouts in your account

For some users, the process may take only a few minutes. For others with extensive histories, it may take longer. This is normal.

For best results:

  • Leave mPaceline Pulse open and active while the download runs

  • Avoid force-closing the app during the process

NOTE – Peloton workout history does not download in the background when the app is not active.

Once the initial download is complete, future updates are much faster.
